Brief: Transform L’OR into the sensory e-commerce experience that establishes the gold coffee standard across categories and inspires to explore the moments of unapologetic coffee indulgence.
Challenges: Emphasize sensual personality and premium characteristics of L’OR coffee. Assure users in premium quality by showcasing coffee expertise. Invite to explore the L’OR territory. Create empathy with the customer by enticing them to indulge their coffee moments.
Solution: Modular approach to introduce “spontaneous” short stories that can be sprinkled throughout the user journey. Evoking senses using dynamic rich content enhanced by interactions and animations. Personalizing the experience and product selection throughout the journey based on momentary wishes inspired by content. Cutting edge design highlighting the premium nature of L’OR.
Role: I was in charge of the overall Design Direction and execution of L’OR Digital Platform, leading the design team and working closely with the User Experience Designers, Animators and Developers.
