Brief: To design and develop Infiniti’s digital platform to elevate the brand presence and the consumer experience worldwide. The goal was to create a single best-in-class global digital platform for Infiniti.
Challenges: To reduce operational costs, and retain brand consistency across devices and 270 digital sites for 100 markets worldwide. With minimal maintenance and a unique stylesheet to create the ultimate customer experience shared template.
Solution: We created a product that could be evolved aggressively and fast in response to the market and changing customer tastes, and it was also uniquely responsive across every digital touch point.
Role: As Infiniti’s Lead Designer, I was in charge of the overall look and feel and design of Infiniti’s digital platform and car configurator.
